Terms of Use

Last updated 27 October 2026.

TinyFines is a habit tracker you share with friends. By signing in, you agree to these terms. If you got the app from the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies as well.

No abuse, no objectionable content

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Don't use habit names, notes, your name or anything else you write in TinyFines to harass, bully, threaten or demean anyone, or to post sexual, violent, hateful or illegal content.

If a friend does, open their page, tap the ••• menu and choose Report, or write to support@tinyfines.com. You can also remove them as a friend there, so you stop seeing each other's habits at once. We look at every report within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these rules, and close the accounts of people who post it.

Fines are between friends

A fine or sponsorship in TinyFines is a note between you and a friend, not a contract. TinyFines never holds, sends or receives money, and isn't part of any payment you make each other. Whether and how you pay is up to you and your friend. Don't use TinyFines for betting or gambling.

Your account

You're responsible for what's done with your account. TinyFines is for people 16 and over (15 in the Czech Republic), or younger with a parent's agreement. You can delete your account any time under Account in the app; see the Privacy Policy for what that erases.

The app

TinyFines is free and provided as it is. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but can't promise it will never be unavailable or never have a bug, and we aren't liable for missed habits, fines or payments between friends, as far as the law allows. We may change or end the app; if we end it, we'll tell you in advance so you can take your data.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app before the change applies. Czech law governs these terms.
